BXR London was another high profile project that we were very happy to be involved with. At design stage we were called in to offer our advice and expertise on floor finishes for this high-end boutique boxing facility.
Our clients were looking for a product that fits in with their design, but would also stand up to the rigorous wear and tear that the floor could expect.
Working for Mr Barry Mcguigan the former featherweight champion of the world was an honour, I have to say throughout the installation Mr Mcguigan was on site and extremely enthusiastic about the whole thing, he was a pleasure to be around.
We created a functional training area and a separate strength and conditioning area for his fighters, finished off with McGuigan branding to certain areas of the floor.
When David Haye decided to make his second return to professional boxing he decided to go back to basics by creating a training facility that had all the essentials for a professional boxer to excel without distraction.
The new gym has been kitted out with our Everroll Standard 10mm Rubber Roll, 40mm EPDM Rubber Tile and a Sprint Track to aid David’s strength and conditioning training.
